COMMUNITIES AND LOCAL GRANTS

Avoncliff Community Group have “adopted” their local station, keeping it attractive and friendly with plants and vegetation clearance. They have also produced their own simplified guide to train times in a very handy credit card sized format.

The Friends of Bruton Railway Station played a major role in bringing about the refurbishment of the station in 2004, and have since re-established their lovely gardens along the platforms.
